Disease Assessment

Dr. Steve will assess your disease conditions by the following:

1) How well do you feel about your conditions and are they controlled?

2) Lab value assessment. How well are your lab values controlled according to national treatment guidelines? This includes physical parameters such as weight and blood pressure.

3) Patient education: Explain each condition so you understand how it affects your body and how we make changes to help your overall health.
